Phew! Took a while, but I finally got it!

Manami Uchiha (Itachi's): Her main ability is her Sharingan in her right eye, but she can occasionally do the Uchiha Fire Style Jutsus. She's shy most of the time, but once she frowns, you know something's very wrong.

Hatsumi (Deidara's): She has the ability to blow up anything she can get her hands on, and has an "explosive" personality. She's normally sweet and outgoing, but once you press her buttons, she'll explode.

Kozakura Uchiha (Tobi's): She has the ability of Sharingan and is able to create at max, 2 portals to a random location. If she exceeds that limit, she will pass out with a nosebleed for a few hours. She's normally very hyper and calls everyone senpai or chan.

Ayame (Pain and Konan's): She has the ability to control space, time, and matter, and has a tiny skull accessory on her head that can light up any dark place. She's normally a serious girl that doesn't have much of a sense of humor, and won't take crap from anyone.

Haruka (Zetsu's Twin): She has the ability to control the wildlife around her to do her will, and will occasionally go to her twin brother for assistance. She's a normal and calm girl that can be stressed for no reason at times, but overall, she's average.

Well, the girls finally have some powers and personalities! XDD So, which one do you like?
